“Unfolding as an essay-concert, part demonstration, part poetry-reading, part movie trailer, part pop-song, the piece becomes a stage for dissonant narratives. Using cinematic mantras like "I'Il never let go, Jack, I promise" (Titanic), they dip into sentimentality only to coat it in sensationalism, using horror aesthetics as both styling and strategy. Emotional gestures are exaggerated to the point of unease, ex-posing the cracks between sincerity and performance: a haunting is happening, not of ghosts, but of tropes, clichés, and desires recycled through pop culture.” - Les Urbaines Performance Festival.
